Here you can download a Trial Copy of Easy Availability 'Single Property' version in order to test it and ensure that it works satisfactorily on your web site. If this version works on your server then so will the full versions of both 'Single Property' and 'Multiple Property'. Please experiment with installing the trial copy on your server in order to check whether it works as stated.
The Trial Copy is a fully functional version. The only differences between it and the normal versions are:
It comes with a 'trial license' that will expire 7 days after the software is installed.
It has a simplified login without the security features of the full versions.
The Availability page is marked as an 'Unregistered Trial Version'.
Downloading and using your Trial Copy is easy. Just follow the steps below:
Clicking the link below will offer you a ZIP file (ea_trial.zip) to save on your PC. (If you are not offered the file to save, right-click the download link and choose 'Save As...' from the menu that appears.)
On your PC, Unzip the downloaded file to a storage location (e.g. My Documents). Make sure you maintain the directory structure already specified in the zip file.
Install the product by following the installation instructions included within the ZIP file (look for the file INSTALL.TXT). More detailed help can be found in our on-line Manual.
Test the functionality of Easy Availability.
If you are happy with the product then please go to the 'Buy Now' page and purchase a licensed version.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you download and test the trial version before committing to a purchase of this product. Although Easy Availability has worked properly on all our test servers, it is essential that you satisfy yourself that it works properly on yours. Before finalising your purchase you will asked to confirm that you have tested the suitability of Easy Availability for your technical requirements.
The Easy Availability project was closed in 2011 when it was superseded by industry-wide changes in software for rental property. It has been archived here as a momento of earlier programing times.
Thanks to all contributors and customers for their support.
