Purchasing a Licence By Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Cheque

We offer three different options with this licence, to assist those who don't wish to install the software themselves (full details are below the table):

Please Note: When you purchase with Credit Card it may take up to 24 hours for us to process your order because processing is dependent on when we receive notifications from PayPal (our transaction processor). Normally, orders are received and processed within two hours, but we like to allow for potential delays. Furthermore, please be aware that we process and ship orders between Monday - Friday.



1. Buying the Script Licence only

Following receipt of payment, you will receive an e-mail with a download link and instructions. You then have 7 days within which to download the software.


2. Buying Basic Installation

Using our 'Basic Installation' service will save you time, especially if you have no previous experience of FTP and script installation. During the purchase process you will be asked to supply us with your FTP access data (your web host will have supplied this to you when you signed up with them) and a link to your website. After that we will install the software on your server and check that it's working properly. Once it's installed, you can login and then configure and customize the software yourself.

Important: Before opting for this service you must satisfy yourself that your web server has the required components that Easy Availability needs to run. Principally this means that you must have an existing web site on a Linux/Unix/Windows server that has PHP 4 installed on it, but full requirements can be seen here). Please Note: If you hire us to install the software in a location that does not meet the basic requirements, then we will make a small charge of £10 for the time lost in establishing that fact.


3. Buying Advanced Installation

We also offer Advanced Installation for those who want to customise the page and integrate it with their existing site pages but who are not confident about their HTML skills.

This can be a real time saver for web novices. Advanced installation is an all-inclusive service that provides:

  • software installation on your server
  • configuration of basic settings
  • customization of page layout to match your existing site pages
  • inter-linking with up to six of your existing web pages.
Once Advanced Installation is finished you will be ready to log straight in and begin publishing your availability.
