Please read the manual first! The manual contains installation instructions and a basic operating guide. If you have not read this document, please check it out and familiarise yourself with the information before installation and use of the software.
Many technical questions have already been answered. Please visit this section for info on installation, customising and operating Availability pages, and integrating your new Availability page(s) with your existing website .
If your problem cannot be resolved by any of the methods above then please submit your question to us by using the Support ticket system. Complete the form and you will receive a confirmation of receipt via email as well as a direct response from our support team. Please use this method ONLY after exploring all options above. We are able to offer Easy Availability at its current value-for-money price only by offering individual technical support for issues not already dealt with in existing Manuals, Instructions, FAQs and Knowledge Bases.
The Easy Availability project was closed in 2011 when it was superseded by industry-wide changes in software for rental property. It has been archived here as a momento of earlier programing times.
